Chief Executive Officer
Nadav Zafrir joined Check Point as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member in December 2024.
Previously, Mr. Zafrir was co-founder and managing partner at Team8, a company-building venture group focused on cyber security, data & AI, fintech, and digital health. In this capacity, Nadav and his partners built and invested in over 40 companies, and he chaired over a dozen cyber security companies. Prior to Team8, Mr. Zafrir established the Israel Defense Forces’ Cyber Command and served as Commander of the elite Unit 8200, retiring as a Brigadier General. He also serves on the Board of Directors in SolarEdge Technologies, a Nasdaq traded smart energy company, following five years as Chairperson of the Board.
President
Rupal Hollenbeck is President at Check Point Software Technologies, where she manages all commercial and go-to-market functions for the company. Prior to joining Check Point, Ms. Hollenbeck served as a senior executive in some of the world’s largest technology companies, including Oracle and Intel Corporation. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Blackbaud, a publicly traded technology company in the US and is on the board of The Asian Pacific Fund. As an advocate for inclusive organizations and the development of women, she is an industry advisor to the California State University’s Women in Leadership program. She is also a Founding Member of Neythri, an organization dedicated to the professional advancement of South Asian women, and a Founding Limited Partner in the Neythri Futures Fund.
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Dorit Dor, Chief Technology Officer at Check Point, spearheads Check Point’s rocket initiatives. Since joining the company in 1995, Dr. Dor has served in several pivotal roles in Check Point’s R&D organization over the years, including Chief Product Officer.
She has been instrumental to the organization’s growth and managed many successful product releases. Dr. Dor holds a Ph.D. and M.S degree in computer science from Tel-Aviv University, in addition to graduating cum laude for her Bachelor of Science degree. She has been published in several influential scientific journals for her research on graph decomposition, median selection and geometric pattern matching in d-dimensional space. In 2019, Forbes named Dr. Dor as one of Israel’s most powerful women and she is a member of the World Economic Forum Centre for Cybersecurity. In 1993, she won the Israel National Defense Prize.
Chief Financial Officer
Roei Golan, Chief Financial Officer, oversees Check Point’s finance operations, including accounting, business analysis, investor relations, legal, tax and treasury.
Prior to joining Check Point in 2021, Mr. Golan worked at EY for 11 years, where he held the role of Managing Director in the Technology practice. Mr. Golan holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting and a M.B.A in finance management.
Mr. Golan is a certified public accountant.
Chief Strategy Officer
Itai Greenberg, Chief Strategy Officer at Check Point, is responsible for the company’s global strategy, business development and M&A. Prior to transitioning to his current role, Mr. Greenberg held the roles of VP Product Management and VP Product Marketing.
Mr. Greenberg joined Check Point in 2010, after serving as VP of Product and R&D at EyeClick. Previously he held key leadership roles at Microsoft in Windows Security and Mobile divisions. Mr. Greenberg holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems from the Ben-Gurion University.
Chief Marketing Officer
Shashi Kiran serves as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Check Point Software Technologies. In this role he oversees a talented global marketing organization with a charter to elevate the company’s brand, drive growth and foster customer intimacy. He has 25+ years of global experience as a marketing and technology executive in B2B companies like Broadcom, VMware, Cisco and Nortel leading large multi-billion-dollar portfolios. In addition, he has served as the CMO for several multi-stage venture-backed private companies building hi-impact teams and fueling growth. Shashi also serves on the advisory boards of innovative startups and incubators in the security, AI and cloud infrastructure space.
Shashi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Marketing, along with executive education stints from Stanford, Harvard and MIT.
Chief Product Officer and Head of R&D
Nataly Kremer, Chief Product Officer and Head of Research and Development, oversees all product and technology units and uses her proficiency in delivering network, security, and cloud technologies for large enterprises to meet customer needs.
Ms. Kremer brings extensive R&D and leadership experience to Check Point. She joins the company after 12 years with AT&T, where she led its Software and Delivery organization and AT&T’s center in Israel. She holds an MBA and BSc in Computer Sciences and Management from Tel Aviv University.
Chief Services Officer
Sharon Schusheim, Chief Services Officer, joined Check Point in 2006. During his time here he has also served as VP Sales Operations and VP Technical Services. Prior to joining Check Point, Mr. Schusheim served as Corporate VP at Paradigm Geophysical, the largest independent developer of software-enabled solutions to the global oil and gas exploration and production industry. Before that. he worked at Scitex Corporation.
Mr. Schusheim holds a BsC, Industrial Engineering from Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
Chief Information Officer
Alex Spokoiny, Chief Information Officer at Check Point, leads the company’s global IT services, including business applications, datacenters, cloud, security, and IT business continuity areas. Since joining Check Point in 2008, Mr. Spokoiny has been instrumental in building the company’s vibrant IT organization via a variety of pivotal IT roles, including VP of Information Systems.
Prior to joining Check Point, Mr. Spokoiny held engineering leadership positions in the Israeli Air Force. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Technion – Israeli Institute of Technology and an M.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. He wrote his dissertation on the application of Artificial Intelligence in medicine and has published several research papers in scientific journals.
Chief HR Officer (CHRO)
Yiftah Yoffe, Chief HR Officer, oversees Check Point’s global human resources domains and activities, with special attention on attracting and retaining talent around the world. Mr. Yoffe joined Check Point in 2013, handling various HR leadership roles before being promoted to his current role.
He began his storied career as an organizational consultant and a lecturer. Prior to joining Check Point, he led HR for such organizations as Deloitte and Amdocs.
Mr. Yoffe holds a BSc in Psychology and MSc in Organizational Behavior. He lives in Tel Aviv, married with two children and is an avid surfer.
